Shipping Methods: We use standard methods like ePacket or USPS, with tracking provided via email once shipped. Faster options are available for select items.

Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (US only).

Tracking and Delays: You'll receive a tracking number. Delays can occur due to holidays, customs, or supplier issues. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time.

Refunds Process
