At Core Synapse Tech Hub, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. This may vary based on stock availability and supplier processing.
Delivery Times: Shipping to the US usually takes 7-15 days, depending on the item and supplier. For items from US warehouses, we aim for 1-7 days. International shipping may take longer (10-25 days).
Shipping Methods: We use standard methods like ePacket or USPS, with tracking provided via email once shipped. Faster options are available for select items.
Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (US only).
Tracking and Delays: You'll receive a tracking number. Delays can occur due to holidays, customs, or supplier issues. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time.
Lost or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, provide photo evidence, and we'll process a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Photo evidence of the product being defective or damaged Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was received. To request an exchange, please contact us at iivectron@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
